Credit Card Payments Through PayPal
You can place a secure order with your credit card through PayPal. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to pay for your purchases online. Once you’ve made your selections and added them to your shopping bag, simply click the "Pay Now" button and enter your credit card information. It’s quick, it’s easy, and it’s secure.

Phone Orders
At this time we are unable to process credit card orders over the phone.

U.S. Shipping
We ship all packages through the United States Postal Service by first class, priority, or express mail. All shipping charges include handling, delivery confirmation, and insurance. Please ensure that you have provided us with the correct shipping address in order to prevent delays.

The following table lists shipping options:

FREE Shipping
Standard shipping by first class mail is free on all orders over $100.00.

International Shipping
Currently, we are not able to accept orders for shipment outside of the United States.

In–stock items purchased directly through our website are typically shipped within two to four days of purchase. If you require a rush shipment, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We take great care in packing each item and we fully expect that your package will arrive safely and soundly. However, should your item(s) arrive damaged, please keep all original packaging materials and contact us immediately at: damages@twochixdesign.com. We will respond within 24 to 48 hours after receiving your e-mail notification of damages and provide you with information on resolving the issue.

Hated It!
No problem. Even though we create each piece with great care and what we feel is exceptional taste, we understand that beauty is sometimes in the eye of the beholder. Should you find your newly purchased design completely unappealing for any reason (wrong color, wrong size, wrong everything), we will be happy to refund your full purchase price, less shipping, provided that we hear from you within 14 days of item receipt and provided that we receive the item back from you in its original, unused condition. (See DAMAGES above for information on damaged items.) Notification of displeasure should be sent via an e-mail message to: returns@twochixdesign.com.

After we hear from you, we will respond with instructions for returning the merchandise. Communicating with us beforehand will enable us to ensure that your return is handled smoothly and properly. Failure to notify us in advance, to return merchandise in the same condition as it was received, or to follow the return shipping instructions could forfeit your right to a refund.

All refunds will be issued with a twochix design, inc. company check unless otherwise specified.

Most items for sale on this site are one-of-a-kind. Items are removed from the site automatically once a purchase is processed. If you see something you like in our archive pages, it may be possible for us to recreate a similar piece in the same style and with the same or similar materials.
